I hope you benefit from this.If you feel it has any value, please make a donation to the Health Ministry at my church.It doesn’t cost much to keep the book on the web, but it does cost something.The Health Ministry does some great work in the community to provide free and low-cost screenings, make immunizations available, provide shoes for kids that can’t afford them, support those (like me) that are hospitalized, run a medical equipment (cane, walkers, wheelchairs,potty chairs, crutches, etc.) lending program for those that can’t afford them, run a free health fair each year to expose the community to resources they may not know about and much, much more.
